Injuction Bond

1. A bond from the Plaintiff may be required by the court of equity to indemnify the Defendant against loss if the final decision of the court holds that the injunction should not have been issued.

2. A bond from the defendant allows for the dissolution of the injunction by guaranteeing the Plaintiff against any loss incurred by the Plaintiff as a result of the act or acts originally prevented.
