Conservator Of An Adult Bond

Also known as Guardian Bond, Conservator Bond

A Conservator of an Adult Bond is required for anyone appointed by the court to care for an adult, also known as a ward. An individual may petition the Court to be appointed a conservator, or the Court itself may nominate a person to serve as a guardian. The Probate Code defines "Conservator" as having responsibility over the financial estate. When an adult owns property or needs representation in a legal action, then that adult may need a conservator.
The Surety Group offers discounted bond programs and will work with your clients if they have credit challenges. In many cases, we can approve your bond and deliver it to your office the same day through our Attorney Direct Program. Call us at 800-486-8211 to learn more.
